Sonic Drive-in - Lakeland

Given its location, this Sonic is by far the most poorly run one I have ever visited. The customer service is virtually nonexistent. Both my car and another one sat in the drive-thru for several minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. We eventually parked, but still received no recognition whatsoever. Inside, the employees moved at a painfully slow pace and didn’t even greet us or make eye contact. This experience was a complete waste of our time! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The Oreo-flavored ice cream shake was just okay. Overall, I would rate the food 2/5, the service 2/5, and the atmosphere 2/5.
