Salt Fire is consistently THE best food in Polk county. I have never had a bad meal here. The staff and the chef are incredibly polite and kind. The rotating menu makes dining here exciting, not knowing what?s on the menu, but always knowing it?s delicious. Also I appreciate the massive portions, no matter what you choose. Can?t wait for my next S F meal.
