Red Lobster - Lakeland

A few days ago, I visited this restaurant with some friends. It took about 20 minutes for a server to attend to our table. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only downside was that we never received any refills, even after we mentioned it to our server. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

We visited the restaurant on a Friday night, coinciding with a graduation ceremony for many seniors. Surprisingly, it didn't feel overly crowded. Our server was excellent, but the kitchen staff seemed to lag behind. We were offered their famous biscuits, which we eagerly accepted, but they didn't arrive until after we finished our meal—about an hour later! Even with a group of eight, we received our main courses well before the biscuits. On the bright side, the front-of-house staff and the manager were attentive and friendly, but the overall experience left something to be desired.

Large party to celebrate a birthday. Worst service, 40min for drinks, and no refills 30min for all in party to get their food after first plate brought out. Cold food . was sat next to vacuum on charger and lights burned out, dark. Over 2 1/2 hrs. Would have gotten a better meal at Chuck-E-Cheese. Won't be returning. Very off brand.

Red Lobster needs to improve its standards. The restaurant had a dingy, dark atmosphere, and the service was slow—our runner took an excessive amount of time to bring out basic food and drinks. The Amaral plate was unappetizing, and the mozzarella sticks were cold and greasy, while the broccoli was overcooked. For $50, I expected much better quality. I’ve shared pictures that show how small and cold the lobster potato was as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. There's no need for a refund or a revisit. I sincerely hope Red Lobster can restore the elegance of the fine dining experience it was once known for. Thank you.

Mom likes this place. Usually, its alright.. from the start our server was awesome. Friendly. My mother's silver was dirty. How does a server, rolling silver, not see it's dirty? Anyway, Shrimp Scampi was missing bread crumbs. Mom's shrimp dinner, along w/ mine was barely warm. It was early evening, around 4:30. We ate it, but... ...it all could have been a much better experience. It's not cheap to eat any meal at a restaurant, including tip. I wish the kitchen was on their game. Pay employees more and they'll probably give more. Just my observation. We deserved a WOW experience and did not get our BANG's worth, that's for sure.
