Mcdonald's - Lakeland

This McDonald's location in America is possibly the worst I have ever been to. It seems like they may take pride in their lackluster service. I have had multiple experiences where the food was cold and not fresh. The buns seemed like they had been sitting for weeks and were falling apart. The food was overly salty and my order was often incorrect. The staff does not pay attention to customers and are unprofessional. One employee even asked if I wanted a receipt, but then did not give it to me and claimed I had said I didn't want one. I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's and finding another location nearby. I have had enough and will not be returning.

We stopped by a restaurant in Lakeland off of I-4 for a late afternoon meal. The food was just as good as we remembered, but the service was slow as we had anticipated. However, the staff seemed very cheerful despite it being 11:00 at night.

Please do not waste your time or money coming to this restaurant. This place is a complete disaster! I came here to order something very simple - a Big Mac and vanilla cones. From the time I paid until I started eating, 10 minutes had already passed and my simple order was still not ready. I was given a few lukewarm fries that tasted like they had been left outside. I asked for another Big Mac, freshly made, and said I was willing to wait. The person at the window seemed confused as to why the fries were not ready. Eventually, she returned with fresh fries in a medium fry container. I politely explained that this was not what I had ordered, even showing her my receipt. She went back to consult someone and returned with a small fry, wishing me a nice day. I reiterated that this was not what I ordered, but was told that a small and medium fry were equivalent to a Big Mac. It should not be so difficult to receive what I paid for. After speaking to the manager, I eventually received my correct order of fries, but at that point, I did not feel comfortable consuming any food from them due to the manager's attitude. I requested a full refund and was only reimbursed for the Big Mac. Please avoid spending your money here. The employees are all young, and the manager has a serious attitude problem. If they do not enjoy their job, they should consider finding another one. After this experience, I visited another McDonald's location and received excellent customer service, hot fresh fries, and employees who could actually read orders correctly - unlike this poorly managed location.

It approached midnight and we were back to st. pete on I-4 after we had spent the day in orlando. we have starved and thirst. in one of the Interstate characters we were glad to see a McDonald's sign that said open 24hrs we moved on the drive thru and were informed that they only order delivery. Excuse me? the coworker said we only take orders for delivery services such as over eats, turk, etc. then they should take their 24 hours sign from the interstate.

Awesome spot. Food was fast. My order was correct. Can't ask for more from McDonald's.
