Mcdonald's - Lakeland

Oh my god, I recommend this place so much, although I had a bit hard in the past, this one was the bomb! nicer manager, our eating was very good, hot and fresh. it was so good, we had to call the manager and say a compliment. I really recommend this place!

The manager was extremely rude. I had ordered a cheeseburger with cream cheese and pickles only, but when I checked the burger, mayo had been sloppily thrown on it, making a mess on the paper and on my hands. I informed the staff about the mayo mishap and requested a new burger without mayo. Despite this, the manager insisted that there was no mayo on the burger, even though I had evidence of mayo on the napkins in my lap and on my hands. It was frustrating to have to continually ask for a correct order, only for the manager to bring out the same incorrect burger. The service at this McDonald’s is consistently poor, and I am astonished that the manager still has a job with such disrespectful behavior towards customers. It seems that no burger order can be fulfilled correctly at this establishment without encountering further complications.

I have to constantly remind them every time I visit to make sure my food is fresh because I don't want to return. Despite asking for fresh nuggets or fries, they always end up stale and never fresh. Additionally, the staff is consistently rude.

Well thought I would try a different McDonald's than Arianna so I went to Edgewood and Florida Ave in Lakeland fl. Same dam scenario no ice cream, must be owned by the same person. So if you want a shake or anything else made with ice cream skip this place and Arianna. Had to warm both items, thank goodness I have an air fryer. Next time I'll find a Burger King or Wendy's. Trash these 2 McDonald's, unfriendly, Luke warm food and no ice cream.

This location is always spot on with my orders. Staff is always super friendly here, and the food is always quick, fresh, and delicious. One of the nicer McDonalds around the area.
