Dunkin' - Lakeland

This site offers service expected by Dunkin’ Donuts. I would even say exceptional service. The interior is clean and organized. The store looks very clean. These include the toilets I care about. I wish the hand atomizer machine actually works. This is not true in many restaurants. You can sanitizing several machines for the hand, but most of them are broken and empty by sanitizer. Apart from that, I have absolutely no complaints about this location. I let it out, but I have to say that because of the service I received that I enjoyed going there because the staff looked really happy. Truth. Everyone seems to enjoy each other as they did their work. And her work was very busy. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Oh, where I forgot the lounge area. There was an alcove that had very comfortable chairs with shelves on them, was a person could put a laptop to work. This area has many sockets. This area does not seem to be very used, but it was very well thought out. Thank you.

Today I held at this point for a coffee, I was very satisfied with the courtesy and kindness of the staff here. I worked for Dunkin Donuts before I understand how hard this job can be. I appreciate the real feeling I got from the young lady who kicked me out today. I wish there was a way to tap them through the cashing out process if we don't have money with us. They deserve more appreciation than given.

I'm going here, literally, every day. You have first-class customer service and make my icy latte just as I like it. If not, they will do it right without asking questions. Great management.

Everyone who knows me knows that I only drink coffee when I'm extremely tired. So I never know what taste Dunkin has. The young lady was very patient and recommended the almond coffee. That was the best coffee I had. Thanks for the recommendation. I will definitely recommend this place.
