Dairy Queen Store - Lakeland

I have never been to a Dairy Queen as horrible as this one! The drive thru took us 25 minutes and we were the only ones there. We ate the food and we were so sick within a few hours. Absolutely awful.

It did take a little longer to recieve our order, but we completely understood that we had a rather large order. Staff was polite and professional and apologetic that it took longer to prepare our order. Food was hot fresh the complimentary icecream cones were awesome.

The food was outstanding, but the service was just okay. Paying $7 for a blizzard and $10.98 for chicken tenders feels excessive. There's a difference between inflation and unreasonable pricing. It's no wonder we were the only customers present.

I'm putting my guilty pleasure aside to write this review. Why is it that at the 98 N location, when I ask for Reese's, I always end up with Heath instead? This has happened twice now; it's rung up correctly but made incorrectly. I’m giving it 2 stars because my kids like the cones.

This isn't like any Dairy Queen I've ever visited. The chicken tenders look more like something you'd find on the kid's menu at Olive Garden, served in a styrofoam container instead of a DQ box, and the dipping sauce is Ken's, not Dairy Queen's. So I'm left feeling a bit confused.
