Chuck E. Cheese - Lakeland

The staff at the counter allowed eight people to cut in line, which was incredibly frustrating. I nearly got into a confrontation with two men who were trying to push ahead while speaking Spanish to the cashier. I informed them that the line starts behind me, but the cashier continued to engage with them. In my frustration, I pushed the cashier to get their attention. I want to make it clear: we need to respect the order of the line. It's important to follow the rules, or there will be consequences.

We celebrated my grandson's 4th birthday with a trip to Chuck E. Cheese, and it was a fantastic time for our group of 11 adults and 4 kids, ranging from 14 months to 11 years old. We ordered four pizzas, enjoyed the salad bar, indulged in a massive chocolate chip cookie pizza, and had plenty of drinks. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The entertainment was top-notch, with Chuck E. Cheese dancing and inviting everyone to join in, as well as walking around to take pictures with guests. Everyone had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this place for all ages!

We had a great time, especially since our grandbaby really enjoyed herself. If she was happy, that made us happy too. My only suggestion would be to have someone come around to tidy up occasionally. It wasn't dirty, but there was a slight odor, though not unpleasant or distracting.

The pizza is still good and it's a nice place to grab a bite, but the person at the counter couldn't really explain the new system for playing games that replaced the tokens. I occasionally like to play a little out of nostalgia, but without understanding what we would need to pay to play, we just ate pizza and left.

The staff were all incredible at making my grandson have a special birthday, even after only one other child showed up. My family is so grateful. The people who work this location are incredible!
