First time at Charley's stand-alone location in North Lakeland FL Plenty of seats. Simple menu. Mostly clean-ish in the dining area but could have been better. The cheesesteak was the star! I had a regular Old School Combo with Hot Pepper Relish, plain fries, and a medium fountain beverage. The Old School cheesesteak has extra steak, sauteed onions, and Cheese Whiz sauce. Really tasty. Really juicy and messy, too. Recommended!

This isn't a corporate store, but franchise and I'm glad to come him eat and give my feed back on how the meal was cooked, staff and manager are always friendly, as well as checking on there customers if there's anything else we or they would need.

Mediocre cheese steaks. The classic cheesesteak with beef was lacking in grilled flavor and somewhat dry; where's the juice?! The chicken version was flavorful but even more dry. The fries were average and somewhat bland like the food in general. My Coke had an odd flavor and was overly sweet. Far down the list of good cheesesteaks and pricy.
