Nypd Ii Pizzeria And Italian

Ordered 3 pies and garlic rolls as I had a ton of kids at my house. Kids, whose lives revolve around pizza as a food group, refused to eat it after one bite. It was meh to me but not gross. The garlic rolls also were just bread not much garlic or seasoning on them. We have ordered from here before so I’m not sure what changed or if they had a busy night to push food through. Kind of disappointed having all this pizza in my house in touched.

Had to call and ask for receipt said she would print it buy I had to come get it Worst calzone I ever had dough was not cooked had to put in the air fryer and cook it again. Never again

The food is delicious. The pizza is the best. The dinner dishes are huge and great (get ready to bring left overs home). I loved their cappuccino (great coffee beans) and the tiramisu is definitely homemade. Zack and Oliver are the best!!

Just came in by myself for a late lunch by myself, around 2pm. First, they looked at me like I was crazy to want to sit alone and asked if I was there for pickup. Nope, just want a seat, so sat down. Ordered lunch special of 2 slices and a diet coke. Took 10 mins or more to get the soda and 15 for 2 slices which were totally overcooked. Of course, it took 15 mins which is why it was burnt. Server knew something was wrong and didn't say anything. Place is gross. Service sucks, food terrible. Not my first time here, but definitely my last. RESTAURANTS: STOP TREATING SINGLE/1 tops SO BADLY.

Food is usually on point here , that’s not my issue . My issue is with the wait staff . One waitress was particularly rude , and decided to call out the time we came to eat as it was 45 minutes before closing time . Did not seem at all professional , and caused me to not want to give them my business . I’ve been coming here for many years and I’m not sure if I want to come back due to the rudeness of this particular waitress .
