McDonald's - Lake Worth

1/2 hour for my food, would have never gotten it if I didn't go up front! Then they had it all along and gave it to me cold!!!

Every time we come here the milkshake machine is never working. Then on top of that we have to deal with nasty attitude bad customer service. Also coming to this location people let the kids run around and the atmosphere is very loud and chaotic. ThisMcDonald like many others I have observed it's very unsanitary. The women bathroom is disgusting. It's never enough soap inthere in the bathrooms I never clean. McDonald's you a big company please have your stories get their act together with peoplespending their money and taking their family.

As we ate, an employee proceeded to sweep in the area we were eating. She used a house broom not one of those dust mops that don't raise dust. Never again! To think we hadn't been to a McDonald's in more than 2 years. That'll teach us. Leave wellenough alone

New Bakery items available, and both lanes of the drive-through are open. Lobby is open too. If you order on the mobile app, they really get to your order very fast. Several electrical outlets are uncovered so that you can charge your phone. Self-serve Drink Station disabled, so you have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for refills and one of the Self-order Kiosks onlypretends to work. They know it's out of order but leave it on?

???? Quiet. Updated nice interior. Can be cleaner. ????Order via a large screen is very nice, works great! ???? Food is fine. Not like on the pictures, as usual. But OK ????
