We recently dined at AJ's twice, and we had a great experience. It's a dog-friendly place, and they provide water for pets, plus we were able to order some chicken for our dog at a very reasonable price. The staff has been consistently friendly and accommodating. They offer daily dinner specials and $3 margaritas on Tuesdays, which is a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate vanilla martini—it's absolutely delicious! To make matters worse, three out of the five entrees were overcooked and unappetizing. The mahi was dry and tough, the meatloaf had the consistency of a block of breadcrumbs, and my husband's burger, which was ordered medium-rare, arrived well done and with the wrong toppings. When we addressed the issues with food and service, we were simply told that they had a new system and new staff, without any acknowledgment of our complaints. We left feeling that the $80 we spent was wasted. Had they taken responsibility for the mistakes or offered to remedy the situation by removing the incorrectly prepared meal, we might have considered returning, but it seemed they couldn't even provide satisfactory service. Additionally, we noticed that the table next to us left in frustration due to the extended wait for their food, indicating that it wasn’t just our table experiencing problems. Overall, it was a disappointing outing, and we won’t be coming back.

The server took our order and delivered our drinks but disappeared multiple times during our meal. At one point, I even caught her socializing at the bar with other staff when our drinks needed refilling. The food was average, and the portion sizes were smaller than expected. I'm not sure if I would return, as the experience was simply strange. There were a couple of servers who seemed genuinely concerned about their customers, but most appeared more interested in chatting with their coworkers. I had to ask repeatedly to change the channel to the NCAA tournament, and eventually, she switched it to an NBA game instead. Really? It feels like they missed the mark. There are many other sports bars out there that are far better, and I think I’ll stick with those in the future.

Came here and ordered fried fish and chips and ordered some drinks. The food is pretty good here. The fish is very flavorful and flaky and crispy. Drinks were served quickly however, the overall service is slow and in attentive. If you're looking for service, I would recommend coming here, but the food is pretty decent. This is a normal sports bar with cleanliness expected of a sports bar. I come here, mainly for the drink deals.

Reasonable food, with variety. Service is quite good, with indoor outdoor seating. I like the atmosphere. Tables and seats not crowded together. One of the few indoor places I will eat in.
