Lake Wales Family

This place is truly one of the gems of Lake Wales. The food is fantastic, the diner has a cozy, moderate-sized atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I visited with my family while staying at their house on Crooked Lake, and I can't wait to return. Never change—keep up the great work!

We found this restaurant to be one of the few open on Easter Sunday during our family trip to Lake Whales. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a group of nine, we all enjoyed our meals immensely. The Reuben sandwich was fantastic, and both the chicken salad and Philly sub were equally delicious. Everything was excellent overall, and we would definitely come back here again.

My wife ordered a small serving of biscuits and gravy along with a corned beef hash, and both portions were quite generous. I had the country omelette. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive, all at very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back soon!

We enjoyed our breakfast. We've had lunch during all our visits, and we like both meals.

You won't find better service or food anywhere else. This place truly feels like home. The staff are exceptional, and the food is incredible and plentiful. If you're hungry, you'll feel like you're being taken care of by your own mother. They even offer a complimentary homemade soup with any purchase, and honestly, I don't mind what flavor it is because they're all fantastic. They always think of my kids too, giving them a small toy or gift with every visit. Thank you for treating us like family and looking after my loved ones. And if you’re a fan of steak and cheese subs, you absolutely have to try theirs — they're huge and simply the best I've ever had!
