Dairy Queen Brazier In Bellefonta

My coworkers and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We spent over $30 on food but didn't receive what we ordered. We called to sort out the issue with JD McDonald, who took our name down as we couldn't leave work to return immediately. The following day, when we went to collect our corrected order, the owner, Dow McDonald, treated us poorly in front of other customers, accusing us of stealing. He was also seen yelling at his employees while preparing our order. The way we were spoken to and treated has ensured that we will not be returning to this establishment. Giving this place even one star would be too generous.

We had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. The server who took our order was very friendly and welcoming, greeted us with a big smile. The food was fresh and delicious. It always brings back happy memories when having Dairy Queen with the family.
