Wendy's - Lake Stevens

I had the chicken ranch wrap and I after only two bites it was just bland, my husband had the chicken nuggets and some baconater fries, he said they were terrible, there was trash under our table and the bathrooms hadnt been cleaned in a while.

The food is the same as every other Wendy's. They seem to be short-staffed or I'm not sure the problem. But the time to get the food is exceptionally longer than any other Wendy's I've been to. Also there's a lot of homeless people that I've seen sitting in there. Definitely not my top Wendy's to go to.

When going through the drive thru, it would be nice if the acknowledge the customers. They are so busy having their own conversations, they just toss the bag at you! Very rude.

It's Wendy's. You've been to others. It's the same. Your not going in (unless you need the bathroom) so does the atmosphere really matter? Chicken sandwich was hot. Fries were as well and the frosty was cold. They have 2 lanes but one is pretty much permanently closed, but its Wendy's, how busy they gonna be?

Bacon double stack had no bacon. The rest of the food was cold and smashed. This location needs some serious guidance. All you have to do is look at a screen, see what sandwich to make then make it. How hard is that??
