Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lake Stevens

My experience with ordering delivery from this restaurant has been consistently disappointing. I have received incorrect orders three times in a row, despite giving them multiple chances to get it right. It seems that the employees are severely lacking in competence. The order should be a simple task, as it is clearly written on the receipt they attach to the container. I have decided to no longer support this establishment and will make sure to inform everyone I know about the poor service I have experienced.

The service provided by Evan's team was exceptional! In particular, Bailey and Autumn went out of their way to make sure my family, who was grieving the loss of a loved one, was looked after. They truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this Qdoba restaurant!

When we tried to call for a refund, as we live in a different city, the person who answered the phone refused and insisted on remaking the dish if we brought it back in. We found this unacceptable, so we drove back to the restaurant and demanded a refund. Instead of honoring our request, two different employees argued with us, trying to offer us remade food or coupons. A younger employee repeatedly spoke down to us until he finally admitted that the fajita veggies were burnt. In the midst of this confrontation, I noticed trash scattered on the floor behind the register, further questioning the cleanliness of the establishment and the safety of their food. I expressed my disgust with the state of the store and my concerns about the food's quality, revealing that my throat was burning. I ultimately had to threaten to call the health department before the person in charge reluctantly agreed to refund us a portion of our meal. The level of disrespect and poor customer service we received was truly unbelievable.

Used to be good here.. I don?t know what happened. I got a bowl and the rice was undercooked and crunchy, the lettuce was wilted, chicken was so chewy? 15minutes later I ran straight to the bathroom? My stomach has never been this upset before. What a shame.

Dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever seen. No straws, or utensils out, half the soda flavors are out. No ice from the soda machine so they went to the back to get ice for my drink. I will never be back to this location. Leaving a review in hopes, a gm or corporate will fix it. Seriously could make people sick, the kitchen is filthy.
