Kaliki's Hawaiian Shave Ice

I have never eaten here or was here before this experience, so I can't talk about how good the food is, but I can talk about the service. I am a Uber driver, so I went on to pick up a job and when I went in and said hi to the guy in the writing, he just gave me this annoyed look and then he went super fast to turn the open sign and looked at me and said sadly that we are closed in a really rude way. now it was 8:40 so 10 minutes after closing, so I understand being frustrated, but why do they take it on me? I didn't place the order and I didn't have the control when sending it to me, so it wasn't my fault that he just canceled the order or closed the load and I would have canceled it if it was so big. before I went into the place and got such an rude reception, I really wanted to try this place, but after that I think honestly I'm going to happen because that was just super unnamed for.

I really liked this place! many sweets. from sweets to frozen tasty. there were coffee options, Sunday options, bubbled and other things I probably missed. I had the ananas dole whip that was at the middle of my visit. I was a fan. I don't know where to put it in the opposite direction, but I know where to go in the future.

The drinks are a bit expensive and too sweet. the drink of my friend was not very well mixed and she got a little powder in her straw. it is nice to place a local blase tee with so many sorts and options. the personal is always friendly and patient.

I am contradictory to give how many stars. the rasiereis is very good, but it is very expensive, and the service is, in my experience, usually not so good. I came in for the first time some time ago and it was pretty busy. I mean for the product that is understandable, but the customer service was terrible. there were 2 girls behind the counter, both quite unfriendly, open. When I finally got up to the counter, it was about 30 minutes, and since it was my first time there, I didn't know that I had to fill out something, I was just standing on the command counter waiting for the girl who looked at me strangely, brushing the pencils that were just well cleaned when considering how long it took them, about 10 minutes. the whole process behind the counter seemed not very good. I saw that they turned to customers and then chat about them behind theke. fortunately, this was rasiereis good, but if they lead a hawai'ian"establishment, they should take pride in customer service as much as the quality of the product. like the 2nd time, it was quite recently, it was quiet, the woman was beautiful and the rasiereis was perfect. again push some days later to find that it was closed before closing time hours online. a few days later I made it and it was quite empty what I prefer, but the customer service was not great. the girl behind the counter seemed to me in order, but she was strange for the person I came with, being asked to serve them, and only not really good service. she was good with me, but unfortunately the rasiereis came out less amazing than usual. the taste was there, but it seemed that the cone was not properly packed and all were blown up on the top, so it seems as if there were actually less. I didn't want to cause a problem, or so that we just left, but from the outside I saw the customers coming after a properly made cone. the person I came with had also ordered a shake and when I came to the car, they were very upset because it tasted like milk and was very thin. I tasted it myself and it tasted mostly like milk. I'd say, strawberry milk tastes more like strawberry than this shake. I'm not sure if they are like that or just a product of bad service, but either it wasn't good. I really like the shaveris, but the customer service and the people who are hired should be stronger or something like that, by hawai’i I would hope that a good spirit and the customer support of such operation. I want to think in the future and hope that the service this time is as good as the rasiereis.

We in our area are SO lucky to have an authentic Hawaiian shave ice shop here! I can't be in Hawaii as often as I'd like (who can? but the shave ice here is the real thing and if I sit outside in the parking lot with the windows down and my eyes closed... well, it's still cold and rainy but every bite makes me forget, one degree at a time. (There may be a line, but heaven is worth it).
