Panera Bread - Lake St Louis

Went through the drive-through and ordered a bacon, turkey bravo pick two with no tomato and broccoli cheddar soup with baguette. Got the bag left went home opened up the bag and there was no spoon, no napkins and tomatoes on the bacon turkey bravo. If you’re going to have a checklist on the outside of the bag, it would be really nice if you actually used it.

This restaurant has severely declined in quality. My order is never correct or is made incorrectly every time. It's absurd. I won't even get started on the fact that I paid $21 for a sandwich and a bowl of soup. My $14 Turkey Avocado BLT didn't have any avocado and less than 1oz of turkey on the entire sandwich. However, the soup was good. I think I will no longer be visiting this establishment.

I love coming here! I only keep coming back for Camille. She has fabulous customer service and 100% should stay a manager. Sandwiches are perfectly portioned

I eat at this place every week. Everything is good, they have the best manager and most of the employees are great. They have one or two including Zach that need to be retrain on customer service. His attitude is the worst, I think he is slow and if that is the case I apologize. While I was there he took 3 consecutive orders wrong or made a mistake and never apologized for it. I repeat if he is a kid with special needs I apologize for it.

This location really struggles with consistency and having food in stock. During Covid, their hours changed constantly and you never knew if the inside was going to be open or when they’d close at 7:00pm. It’s been more than 3 years since Covid so it’s clear it’s just a poorly run location. I went yesterday at 7:00pm (they close at 8:00pm) and they said they’re out of almost everything and can only give soup. I drove away. Other days, they run out of breakfast items an hour before breakfast hours end. Sometimes they don’t have flatbread boxes and have to put your flatbread in multiple other containers. One time I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru after I ordered.
