Rolling Smoke Grill - Lake Ronkonkoma

Only had the food truck but somehow that food truck was the best BBQ I ever had in my life and thats including some spots in Dallas Texas. Can't wait to try the restaurant when it opens cause if the BBQ on wheels is that good I could only imagine the store front. Had pulled pork short ribs and brisket strips...unreal... and their sauce and hotsauce is phenomenal.

Absolutely Amazing BBQ, we had catered a party for about 35 people. The food was perfect, we ordered the Brisket which was tender and juicy melted in your mouth. We ordered the Pulled Pork which was another crowd favorite, cooked perfectly simply amazing and we also had the pulled chicken, all I can say is Wow, out of this world! The Macaroni and Cheese is my all time favorite! Corn bread was perfect and buttered warm and toasty. Cole slaw was delicious. This was by far the best catered food I have ever had! Working with owners Kerry and Rich was a pleasure, they were professional, accurate with the amount of food I needed and I can not recommend them enough! We had Rolling Smoke come to cater an outdoor Labor Day party. Oh. My. Goodness. It was amazing!!!! Everyone RAVED about the food (and two guests owned their own restaurants). The meat was beyond delicious, as well as the cornbread, coleslaw, corn medley and THE PICKLES! They we on time and very friendly. We cannot wait to have them again!
