I love the way the pretzels taste.May not be the best for my health, but a treat is always nice whenever I come. The people here are friendly and helpful. If you want a special treat, come on Wednesday and you’ll meet two of the best people around.Dina and Lisa have the energy and the positivity to just make your day. You walk out of here with some good pretzels and a smile on your face and in your heart.I highly recommend coming here. ?
A must stop for me whenever we’re in NY visiting family back home on Long Island. The pretzels here are consistently soft and delicious. And I stress consistently. If you go here, they will be good.The pretzels at hot dog carts all over the city, and stadiums all over the country, just aren’t good anymore. They’re usually thin, dry, hard, stale, and tasteless. These are the exact opposite. They’re perfect every time. And less than half the price vs carts in the city for the same amount of pretzel.
Disappointing experience. I called during the week to see about placing an order for 100 pretzels on Sunday for a function. I was told they close at 4PM and I should be in at least 30 min prior to get them. I stopped in at 2:30 (well more that 30 min) and I was told they could not accommodate me. I explained what I was told and the kid behind the counter said I dunno what you want, we won 't do it They had about 200 pretzels left and when I asked if I could take 1/2 they said they needed them and I could only have 25. Lucky for me another shop took care of my order quickly.
The pretzels were cold and soggy. I will not be ordering again. Definitely not worth the price.
I ordered a Too Good To Go bag from this establishment. I was unable to pick it up in the allotted time frame. I called the store and let them know and asked if I can get a bag the next day. Employee said to call manager tomorrow. I called and spoke to a sweet girl named Brooke who said they'd probably let me get one the next day. She took my number. Manager never called me. I called back the following day and explained the situation to the manager because I was charged for a product they never gave me. He said to contact Too Good Too Go for a refund that they won't replace the bag. Too Good doesn't give refunds and they felt I should of canceled it. I did not know this was an option. I did call the store and they didn't know. So now I'm out money and got no product. I had this happen with another store and the just gave me a bag the next day. They aren't that nice at this place. I was shocked. I guess they don't need the business.
