Burger King - Lake Ridge

The service was very good. Unfortunately. I will not be eating Burger King anymore,I got food poisoning.

For some reason this lady that works there refuses to take my perfectly valid coupons. I gave her the code and then she told me there's a new policy where I have to give her the physical coupon even though no Burger King ever asked for a physical coupon since the early 2000s. They just take your code and that's it. I don't understand why this is suddenly a problem at this particular location with that particular person

It’s Burger King, so no surprises. However, I’d like to highlight that the service here is good and my orders are always accurate, which significantly contributes to the overall experience. I’ve only ever used the drive thru, so I can’t speak to the inside. The outside could use a little sprucing up and repaving around the drive thru lane, but it’s not horrible.Parking: Lot is never full or even crowded.
