Dunkin' - Lake Pocotopaug

Pretty good, the food is alright, but the food service is horrible. i asked for lightly toasted and its either untoasted or completely burnt. its its continuously like this! and ive ordered for years. the atmosphere is really the only good thing other than the coffee, its a great atmosphere and the new redesign takes the cake, if they work on the service then this could be way better!

Been here a couple of times and am now giving up going. Nothing taste right. I got a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea and it tasted like coffee ?

The kids are doing the best they can, Kali the Manager is the issue at this location. She is Not very customer friendly person.

First of all, the clown that commented below me BERRATED MIKAYLA which is her name, not NAKAL. calling her obscene names in the middle of an early morning rush. It is astounding anyone could possibly READ that post and take it seriously with the amount of ridiculous gramatical errors and bull. They CALLED your order out, so lets not lie here. that girl deals with winners like this guy ALL day and handles them like a pro maintaining her professionalism. The entire team is wonderful. People just can't take the energy they give. You came with the wrong energy. Don't be a jerk. That simple. Mikayla and the entire team deserves a raise. I thank you guys for being something I can rely on every time I'm having a bad day. You guys stand by your product, and Mikayla is a true leader!

The egg ham and cheese on a crusant' ok , the egg was like rubber . Oh yeah and they were out of ham so they put bacon on it and said it was the same that they're Canadian bacon was about the same ,no it wasn't, it was fatty like the bacon Stop Shop ,and I had to take it all off to avoid losing my liquids?
