Upstairs Grill Steak Seafood

Our server was courteous and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Dishes arrived promptly, enhancing our experience. We opted for a seat on the outdoor balcony, which offered a lovely view of downtown.

The scallops were perfectly cooked but overshadowed by an overly salty sauce. The shrimp, while not quite as well-prepared, were also blanketed in a heavy seasoning. The "salmon" resembled trout in both texture and appearance. Additionally, there were very few gluten-free options. The rice pilaf was challenging to chew, as it was unevenly cooked, with some grains barely done and unpleasant residue from the bottom and sides of the pan mixed in. My two companions understandably left much of their rice untouched, although they did enjoy their desserts. I was surprised to find an added surcharge for using a credit card, and an automatic 18% gratuity was included. (I usually leave a 20% tip.) Overall, it was disheartening to pay nearly $200 for three people for such disappointing food.

The service and food at this restaurant are disappointing. If you choose to dine here, you’re likely to regret it. The food arrived cold, but the manager insisted it wasn’t. The steaks were not cooked to our specifications, and we waited 30 minutes for a straw. Overall, it’s a terrible place to eat unless you only want ice water.

I've returned to this restaurant after 10 years and the food is still very good. Also I am very happy with the service too.

Had a dinner of 8 and once again the service was fantastic. The food and drinks were plenty and very good. I’ve dined here on multiple times over the course of a few years and I have always had a great experience. We recommend to our friends often.
