I cannot recommend Starbucks for those who are dairy-free. They do not offer any pumpkin drinks or caramel and chocolate beverages (like mocha or hot chocolate) that are dairy-free. Each time I’ve ordered one of these, I only find out afterward, after I've already paid, that they contain dairy. I have a dairy intolerance, and there are others with dairy allergies that can be life-threatening. Starbucks needs to improve how they communicate information regarding dairy-free and gluten-free options. Otherwise, someone could end up getting sick.
