Wendy's - Lake Orion

I went to pick up a summer salad, and while I was at the drive-thru, I ordered another salad and handed my debit card to the friendly employee. After receiving my salads, I drove off only to realize I left my debit card behind. I quickly returned to Wendy's to check if it was there. The employee met me at the window, apologized for not giving me my card, and even offered us free fries as compensation for the mix-up. Excellent customer service!

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was excellent! It's great to see a staff that truly enjoys their work and is dedicated to providing a positive experience. I've known about this place for a long time, and although it can get busy, I don’t mind at all because the burgers are delicious and served warm. The staff deserves a break; the issues they face are not entirely their fault, and sometimes mistakes happen.
