Tijuana Flats - Lake Mary

For a Tuesday night.. 'Taco Tuezday '.. the restaurant wasn 't overly crowded, although when I had stopped in, it was still a little 'early ' (around 1730 hours). The line moved pretty quickly while waiting to order. I was greeted by the cashier with a nice smile and a friendly and helpful manner. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Once I placed my order, picked out a table and some sauces, the wait wasn 't bad. Maybe 6 or 7 minutes. The food (dos tacos) were hot and tasty. They didn 't skimp on the filings either and the shells were crispy. I was a little disappointed that nobody stopped by and asked if I had needed anything. That 's something that I 've always liked and appreciated about Tijuana Flats. The atmosphere was the typical Tijuana Flats. It was fun and lively, as it has been for the past 25+ years that I 've been patronizing this establishment.

Ordered through the app and scheduled my order to be ready at a certain time for dinner after work. Got there 10 minutes after designated time of the order still wasn't done. Had to wait another 15 minutes before it was completed. Got home and the food was poorly prepared. It looked like they just threw it together and threw it in the box! Very disappointed.

SOOOO HOT! yes it's Florida in the summer but you can't dine in when the air is 85+ (can you imagine how hot the kitchen must be with no cool air coming in) We asked to speak to the manager when we ordered then again halfway through the meal when the server checked on us (she was so helpful! alwats sweeping or cleaning ehen not taking orders) then waited for a to go box before hanging out an extra 10 minutes writing this post while finishing drinks. The manager never came out to see us? I guess we know the problem

Really good . I recommend this place for Mexican food needs. I believe they offer Military Discount.

A place that can never go wrong. Great variety of dishes, drinks and desserts. Excellent taste and prices. The service is on point, specially if youre helped by people like Kenny and Kaitlyn. Go ahead and visit them, you will enjoy your experience!! ….and thats the Truth!!!
