Panera Bread - Lake Mary

My daughter and grandchildren discovered a variety of food options that catered to everyone's tastes. Although some of them are picky eaters, the wide selection ensured that everyone found something perfect to satisfy their hunger.

I paid $15 for this! I used the delivery option through Panera, but only received part of my order. What I did get wasn’t even worth it. I called the manager for help while placing my order, and they told me to call back after lunch. However, we ended up not eating anything! The service is consistently rude, and the quality of the food doesn't match the prices. There are so many better alternatives out there. I recommend choosing a place that values its customers.

I visited Panera's drive-thru for the first time. After waiting for a little while, I placed my order for a bagel with cream cheese. I noticed the car in front of me received their order and left, but I didn't see how they got their food. Meanwhile, I was still waiting at the window, and no one seemed to acknowledge me. I spotted several employees inside, waved my hand to get their attention, but still, no response. After a few minutes, I honked the horn, but nothing happened. They could have at least let me know they were busy or acknowledged my presence. Eventually, I honked again and decided to leave. It was absolutely ridiculous!

I was in Panera twice in three days. 1. Visit them, inc. A full salad with the 2 bread bowls I ordered. I had to go back to get salad. They gave me a cookie for the trouble. Two. I made the salad wrong and the soup was wrong. I try to stay patient as it is, but...Read the ticket. It doesn't just happen in Panera.

The food taste terrible and they don't deliver with a promise you through DoorDash Bend a mini Panera breads many are good this one is horrible uniquely bad would not recommend it. When I spoke to the manager about the food issue they hang up the phone.
