Jersey Mike's Subs - Lake Mary

Food is always good. I realize they get busy at times but the floor behind the counter is littered with the toppings for the sandwiches. It looks bad and is a safety concern for the staff.

I had three different bad experiences, ordering a mini sub. The bun was very hard, one instance you could peel off the crust. The last time I was in there I could hear her sawing through the bun with the knife. I asked her if that was soft and of course she said yes then I got that manager involved and explained the situation to her. I don't know her name she's a little heavyset, i ask her if the bread is fresh everyday and she said it was. They laughed at me as I walked out, so I will never go back there again and I've never had that experience with any JERSEY MIKES that I go to, and I go to them all all over the state of Florida and that's the only one I've ever had a problem with.

My favorite sandwich is the chipotle chicken cheesesteak Hot fresh sandwiches , can't beat that the flavor ... so yummy !

Service was great, got my order fast. They had a lot of online orders and constant traffics. Place was clean inside, and staff was nice. Got GF sub, it was well made and tasted great.
