Jason's Deli - Lake Mary

The food overall was good, with the soup being a standout. However, the portion size of the sandwich was disappointing, as it was much smaller than expected. The sandwich was about the size of a half sandwich when fully assembled, which was a letdown. It seems like something went wrong with the grilling today. This experience may make me reconsider ordering from Jason's Deli in the future, especially when it comes to grilled cheese options. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue.

The chips and pickles were missing from our sandwiches even though we ordered them. Unfortunately, desserts were not available, but we were satisfied with the substitution. The food was excellent overall.

This restaurant experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered a grilled cheese with monster cheddar and bacon, but it only had one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. It appeared as though it was made two days ago and reheated, as the cheese was completely absorbed into the bread. My son's $18 beefeater sandwich was smaller than my fingers in length and looked like it was only half of what was advertised in the photos. To make matters worse, they forgot to include his drink. I have complained multiple times asking them to simply put in the bag what is on the receipt, but nobody seems to be able to get it right. I will try to call the restaurant, but it seems like this order was fulfilled by a third party, so I am not sure whose kitchen and toaster oven they used to make this, but it is definitely not up to Jason's Deli quality standards.

Food was okay. 2 sandwiches came with no mustard on them, making them really dry. none of the sandwiches had pickles to them. the gumbo was mainly broth with no shrimp or any sustenance.

The Mac n Cheese was not good, and the soup was extremely watered down. The sandwich was okay, but I was missing both my drink and my side. Not Jasons Deli usual standard of quality today.
