Frozen Nitrogen Ice Cream - Lake Mary

I've been visiting this restaurant for over a year, and it's usually quite good. However, my most recent visit was not as enjoyable. The ice cream had too many mix-ins, making it excessively sweet and more like a mix of toppings with just a hint of ice cream.

You start by choosing a base ingredient: ice cream, yogurt, or coconut milk. Then, you select your flavors, such as coffee, chocolate, or lemon. Next, you can add various toppings. They prepare your ice cream on-site using nitrogen, and the result is simply delicious!

Took my kids to have ice cream after dinner .... Online it said closing time was 10pm. Walked in 9:30 and two girls that worked there were already cleaning and told us they close a 9pm yet on the door it even said closing time is 10pm. My kids were sad . Just came on here to say, Update your hours!!!! I won't be coming back here.

Wow! I placed an order late last night, probably just before closing—sorry about that, I know it can be frustrating! I had a craving and really wanted to try your place. We were absolutely amazed! We haven't encountered such creativity in a restaurant, let alone an ice cream or dessert shop. You all do an outstanding job and should be very proud of your work! Thank you for the amazing, delicious, unique, and incredible ice cream!

This is unique and loved the flavors.Good options of various bases which gives us more options.Only feedback to owners is that they need to work on the marketing. The menu is not appealing visually and people who are into science may not be able to get the menu.Overall, I liked the process and the flavors.
