Panera Bread - Lake Jackson

I ordered a turkey sandwich and a middle broccoli soup and a 16oz strawberry limonade the turkey sandwich was cold and terrible, I couldn't finish it, the broccoli soup gave me a small cup and instead of 16oz drink they gave me a 12oz and I asked if this was 16oz, they said ticket to me the only one coming on a big one but 16oz. that was my 2nd timeline of them and it will be my last time. really disappointed

The food is consistently outstanding. If there happens to be a mistake, they promptly fix it without any hassle. This place offers some of the best customer service in Little Jonestown.

My daughter slipped by the beverage fountain area. The rug was damp and the floor tiles were wet from either the fountain leaking or spilled drinks. No one took initiative to clean the area or put up a sign of wet floor. The ceiling tiles over the waiting area by the kitchen have lots of water damage and if you look closely they're growing mold around one of the vents.

Me and my wife decided to eat here since we had heard a rumor about a sizable military discount. To our surprise the discount was almost half. We will continue to revisit here from time to time so we can enjoy the excellent customer service, food, and discount.

I had a wonderful experience with the friendly and helpful staff. Melody and Angela assisted me with an issue I encountered while trying to purchase a gift card online. I truly appreciate their excellent service! Thank you so much!
