I like this place but Last night I felt unwelcome by the person working she sus bad service

Management allows people to hold machines for a ridiculous amount of time. Recently we watched as they allowed a woman to walk in, reserve a machine and then leave to do errands and not come back for almost an hour. Another recent visit, we saw the employee reserve a popular machine for a friend/regular before they even arrived.

Fun environment to play slots, have a cocktail, have a snack.

Terrible customer service from your employee last night. Made everyone there feel so uncomfortable so we were asked to leave after she intruded in everyone’s conversation. You lost a lot of business last night and I’m sure you will continue to lose business because of her.

Horrible experience. We walked in and the lady working was very rude. Four of us walked in to play. The lady working made us feel like we were getting in trouble from the moment we walked in. We all played and while playing under the covid guidelines I made a comment to my sister to not stand by me, and I got kicked out instantly. Two other people that were playing got up and walked out while sayinf “I guess we don’t even have our freedom of speech anymore” so the six of us walked out. Establishment was nice, machines weren’t even six feet apart. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR AND WASTE YOUR TIME. We took our money and are going to Dotty’s.
