Starbucks - Lake in the Hills

I accidentally ordered my drink with too much milk and didn't realize until after I left the restaurant. I went back and explained that it was my mistake and asked if they could remake it. They were very understanding and willing to fix it for me. I felt bad for asking for a remake, but they made it so simple and hassle-free. This kind of service is why I will always go back to this restaurant. <3

The customer service at Kelsey's was extremely rude and unprofessional. My partner and I placed an order, but all we heard from the server was "anything else, anything else, anything ELSE" with a dismissive attitude. When we moved to the window to pay, the server just stared at us while another cashier took the payment. When we asked if there was a problem, she denied it and seemed irritated by our inquiry.

I don't know the names of the female employees who worked on Wednesday, March 30th, but they were incredibly kind. My dog was so drawn to them that he tried to climb over me to get to them. The team at this restaurant is truly amazing.

Love comes to this place! the workers there is so personable and top notch!

They are super friendly and my order is always right. I love going to this Starbucks.
