Additionally, we ordered both gluten-free and non-gluten-free versions of the same dish, but they were accidentally mixed up when they were served. Fortunately, the gluten dish had bread sticking out of it, while the gluten-free version did not, allowing us to identify the mix-up quickly. Overall, the food was genuinely excellent, and I was able to enjoy my meal without issues. However, there are a few areas where they could improve their allergen protocols. I would definitely return, but I will remain cautious.

I had a delightful afternoon with my family at Mora. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere, with its beautiful lush garden and gentle summer breeze. The food was not only beautifully presented but also creative. Most of the dishes had a fusion twist, and we loved the light, fresh flavors that perfectly complemented the season. The staff was very friendly and attentive as well.

One of the most beautiful places we’ve visited in New Zealand, it felt like dining in a hidden garden embraced by nature. The atmosphere was incredible, and the food lived up to our expectations. The meat was tender, and there was an excellent variety to choose from. It's definitely worth a visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone traveling and seeking something unique. Be prepared to spend a little extra, but it's truly worth it.

The back garden for dining was delightful on a sunny day. The service and food were both excellent. We were hoping to do a wine tasting afterward, so we went to the cellar door, where a sign directed us back to the restaurant. Upon returning, we were instructed to find the lady with white hair who was supposed to conduct the tasting for us. Unfortunately, she was nowhere to be found, so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. It was quite disappointing.

Beautiful food we really loved the shoulder of lamb. The Bannockburn Chardonnay was enjoyed, and the service was on point. We love coming here. The shoulder of lamb is sooo tender. The twice cooked potatoes is a must!
