I highly recommend Simple Bakery! The heart-shaped chocolate bread was beautifully crafted with a perfect texture and just the right amount of rich chocolate flavor—not too sweet at all. The almond croissant was absolutely delicious. However, the cheese wig was a bit underwhelming; it was quite simple and had a mild cheese taste. Incorporating some scallions or other ingredients could really enhance its flavor. The Queen Amandine was fascinating—it's a delightful blend of croissant and bread, and I recommend trying it if you haven't had it before!

This is the best sourdough bread I've ever tasted! I will definitely come back for another visit, and as a delightful bonus, each of us ordered pastries (a Danish, a Kouign-amann, and a scone) that were perfectly balanced in sweetness. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as well.

What a hidden gem! We absolutely loved the focaccia bread. The daily Danish was also scrumptious—I'm pretty sure it had sour cherries, which were delightful. They offer a wide selection of coffee, complete with detailed information about the roast type (mild, medium, or dark), acidity levels, and body. We purchased the Costa Rican coffee, which is lightly roasted, and they even ground it for the French press. I can't wait to enjoy it in the morning!

The bakery is clean. I had a cheese danish and a cupcake the cheese danish could of taste better if perhaps was less cold. The cupcake taste good, not too sweet but a bit dry, definitely not soft and moist, but I did enjoy that was not over sweet . I wish I tried some of the loaf bread, they look good but they are huge for the two of us, maybe next time I will buy one and bring it to a friends house to share.
