We have dined at this restaurant every week and our usual order consists of a simple lunch combination including sushi, tempura, and wazen rolls.
This restaurant may be small, but it serves delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine! The chirashi, sushi, and shio lachs were all incredibly tasty and tender. Although the portion of salmon was small, it was exceptional.
This is a small, inconceivable place. my father-in-law says the Tonkatsu rivals, what they can get in japan. it is perfectly crispy, without being oily. the sashimi and sushi parts are on the small side, but the quality is very good.
I didn't eat at sushi because it opened, but after they moved closer to the opposite, they have become our number 1 pick for local sushi. the quality of fish and the chef's skills were exceptional. the professionality and ease of the personal made us very comfortable and enjoyed every moment in the restaurant. my only negative criticism was that the waiting period was longer than we would have wished, but they explained to us that the chef did not feel good and went to the house. I can't wait to come back!
