Starbucks - Lake Forest

They are very friendly and deliver orders on time. The place stays busy but you find a place to sit to try a variety of hot and/or cold drinks.

I usually have a really low expectation from a Starbucks but this place can disappoint you amazingly. They have really rude and indifferent staff and they treat you as if they actively hate you being in their shop. They always misplace your and do not read the name of orders most of the time. I order the chocolate croissant warmed up and the only possible way they can mess it up was to not have it warmed up but not only they miss placed it to the other section of the the store but after waiting for a long time when I asked them for it somebody just said ohhh it was here and it was cold and not only they did not warm it up but not even a single “sorry” was said as if it was my fault that order got placed on the wrong side of the store. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING.

Consistently the worst trained staff of any Starbucks. Truly awful drinks.

Everything good. I like the building structure of this particular one. Everything made by stones and wood. They are efficient and serve fast.

They have drive thru. Why don't all the locations set up drive thru???
