Pinoy Pam's Best - Lake Forest

Slow service. the staff are not friendly, they cannot even smile! they need to check their food before buying, especially the glooms displayed on the counter. I could get one of those who's in the sky!

First time going to this place. They have everything.

I was excited to know that there is Filipino store close by. Grabbed snacks and drinks, food as well. Found out two of the drinks expired a month ago. Purchased suman, all were bad. Can’t even eat even after reheating.

The restaurant needs to have a better system for taking orders from their customers. The workers take orders behind a counter where they place boxes of goods in which you cannot see the person if they're taking your order or not. I had to shout out my combo number as if it was an auction! I kept arching my back as I had to direct the worker which entre I wanted, and everyone in the line was screaming out their orders, and the experience in their restaurant can be overwhelming. Pinoy Pam's, please fix this issue.

There is a lot offered if you would like Filipino food and products, but you have to know what you are looking for if you are not familiar with the food or language. Service is good and portions generous at the counter.
