Contribuiți la feedbackI walked in and was the 2nd in line. I could tell they the two staff members were very busy, there was no acknowledging me or the person in front of me. So i waited 5 min as more people walked in, there was no hint of acknowledging any of them. So iasked the guy in front of me, have you been helped? He responded with a No. So i steped forward and asked staff do you havesomeone to take our orders. I was told by a staff member we have a lot of order so i left and went somewhere else. This isclearly a staffing issue and teaching your staff how to communicate with clients.
This location has very bad service. They never answer the phone to place a call ahead. When you get there, they ignore you for a few min, especially this one Hispanic girl, short, on the heavy side.. she of very rude. If she stays working here , they willlose lots of customers.
I ordered cold brew with white foam for pick up and it was not good at all. The picture looks great so I wanna try it out since I love cold brews and black coffee in general. Their cold brew costs more than $6 and it was not worth it. I really needed thatbooze but ended disappointed. I dont recommend their coffee in the menu.
Love Jamba juices app the deals. Wish inflation wasn't a thing. I rememeber when I used to buy a large for 5$ or so.
I love this place from the 3 other places near my house. You do not calculate inappropriate. very clean, polite and fast.
