El Pollo Loco - Lake Forest

Today I took my son to eat in this restaurant, today they will close at 9 o'clock. it was 8:30 in the night when I asked about my command, and the shift manager told me that I couldn't eat in the load because they wanted to start cleaning, and I told him that I was a man and that they had to serve until the last minute, but he told me to go to eat. I wanted to meet the guy who treated his customers so badly

I understand that I visited during the lunch rush, but they ended up forgetting my order. After some time, I had to wait again, and ultimately, it took up my entire lunch break. Not ideal.

The best El Popo Loco I've ever been and I was for many of them. the staff is very friendly and great what they do. one of the workers named alisha always works hard and with a big job. they can say that the personal really interested. they have won several quarterly awards to be the best el pollo loco and I can see why.

Restaurant smells like mold and huh tasted old. I always like el pollo in the past, but this place falls far short.

Very efficient service, restaurant was empty. Salsa bar is non existent and you have to get salsa at the counter.
