Mod Pizza - Lake Forest Park

We ordered 2 customized pizzas and the taste was missing. The dough was just terrible GLUE , the canadian bacon without taste, the red pizza sauce tasted like cheap can artificial sauce, the mozzarella cheese no-taste. What kind of ingredients this place is using? We were previously ordering all the time and now is just big disappointment We call to complain and the answer was They have a lot of complaints, because they changed the mozzarella cheese .

When this place opened it was full of energy and workers and stuff moved fast. Now it's barely staffed, low energy, and it takes forever to get through the line. When I arrived there were three people in line. When I left 10-15 minutes later there were 7 and I was still third in line.

Show up at 9:45pm on a Friday when their posted hours say 11pm. Order food and was told I had to eat it outside. No where does the dine in hours are any different from the regular hours. The customer service was terrible. They were young kids working, and it was very apparent were trying to close and did not want to be there. I’m pretty sure if a manager were present this would never happen. If one of these kids “was” the manager I don’t know what else to say except they shouldn’t have a job because they obviously don’t care about the customers or quality of service. Never again will I patronize this location. I’ll continue driving further to Totem Lake.

The eating normal for a mod but service was so wit, went in and waited for order while the workers ignored us and began to close the restaurant 2.
