S S Burger Basket - Lake Elsinore

Food was delicious and Maribel was so sweet and attentive! Literally-service with a smile! I highly recommend this place!

Ironically, their burgers are just okay, but their best item is their burritos and a big thing burger basket has going for it is value. If you get a combo, you'll get an insane amount of fries with it that you won't get anywhere else and even their burgers while nothing stellar in taste are also big. I don't mean to make their burgers sound bad, it just wouldn't be my first choice if my priority was taste. Thinking about it, of all the years I've been going here, I think I've gotten something at burger basket more than any other place in town and it became my favorite restaurant without even realizing it.

I have been going to SS since I was a kid, used to always get a hamburger and fries, which was always delicious! We got sausage breakfast burritos this last visit and they were pretty good. Only thing is that they put A LOT of hashbrowns in the burrito and not enough sausage. Other than that, I recommend stopping at SS Burger Basket if you're in the area.

This is my 2nd time eating here. First item was a asada burrito and it was light on the meat and not much flavor. This last time was the asada breakfast burrito and it didn't have much meat either. Maybe a total of 3 table spoons mixed in egg. Not a favorite on my list to go to now.
