Contribuiți la feedbackIt seems that customer service is no longer a priority. It's ironic to think that customers are the ones who essentially pay your salary through their support of the business. As of this morning, I will no longer be one of your customers. Based on the feedback from others, it appears I’m not the only one who feels this way.
I had a troubling experience at this Tim Hortons. This morning, the staff tried to shortchange me by $10. Also, the pricey bottle of water I ordered had a broken seal and was filled to the brim, which was concerning. It seems like there might be some questionable practices going on here. Furthermore, the staff were not very friendly, and although the coffee was acceptable, it wasn't served hot enough.
I don’t typically write reviews, especially for a chain like Tim Hortons, but I had an experience that I feel is worth sharing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two hash browns, along with a few other items. When I checked the bag, I found only one hash brown inside. So, I decided to go back around and went inside to ask for the missing hash brown, thinking it would be an easy fix, as it usually is at most locations. However, one staff member insisted that she had given me three hash browns, even though I had ordered two and only received one. Another employee then checked my receipt and confirmed that I had ordered a combo that included one hash brown and an additional one separately. In the end, they offered me another hash brown, but they wouldn’t acknowledge their error. While I appreciate that they resolved the situation, it shouldn’t have had to escalate like that in the first place.
My experience at Tim's was average, but I was let down by the fact that the bagels weren't toasted. Additionally, it's surprising that a place wouldn't offer maple products—it feels a bit unpatriotic!
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and a mocha. The attendant didn’t ask if we wanted anything added; she just provided the total and hurried us along. When we reached the window, she handed the drinks to my husband without any explanation, simply stating, "cream and sugar." The mocha had no cream at all, and the regular coffee was not good. The customer service was lacking! I attempted to call to share my concerns instead of writing this review, but no one answered the phone.
