Stop 1 on the post-ultra wine tour: The summer storm bubbly was fantastic, and the Archive Pilot Noir was excellent as well.

Beautiful views of the lake accompanied by some tasty snacks; it's more of a tapas experience than a full lunch.

The picnic area offers a fantastic view of the lake! You can bring your own food and purchase some wine inside to enhance your experience.

The view from their terrace and picnic area is absolutely stunning. The tasting fee is $5 per person, which includes four samples. This fee is waived with the purchase of a bottle. While the presentation of their wines could be better, the tasting fee has remained the same for years. In addition to wine, they offer picnic boxes and cream puffs on weekends, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. We bought several bottles, including a 2019 Pinot Noir for $23, a 2018 New Year’s Sparkling Red for $26, and a 2019 Summerstorm Rosé Sparklet for $22.50. We always enjoy their Bubbly, made using the Cuvée Charmat method—it's excellent. The 2020 Pinot Gris is consistently good, with lychee and citrus notes. The 2019 Field Collection White was decent but not particularly memorable. The 2018 Field Collection Red was also solid, but not the main draw for us. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit to Arrowleaf Cellars! Their Bubbly is a must-have.

The atmosphere is stunning, featuring a lovely picnic area with a view of the lake. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We had the first reservation of the day, and the COVID protocols were strictly upheld. The young man who assisted us during our tasting was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our favorites were the Pinot Gris and Merlot, and both were reasonably priced.
