Steak 'n Shake - Lake City

We just got our order at the drive-through. The person who waited on us was so nice and so polite! Our hamburgers were hot and all of the veggies on the burger taste fresh and generously applied. I wish this Steak and Shake was in my neighborhood, but we are just driving through.

This Steak 'n Shake is BOSS LEVEL! Through everything that 's been going on their prices kept steady and affordable. The food quality stayed awesome as well. The new systen with scanning a qr code for drinks is a lillte off-putting, but otherwise, I consider every visit to Steak 'n Shake a solid WIN!

Great place to eat. Food was great, service was great. Stephanie did an wonderful job explaining the order system. The restaurant was very clean.

Food was okay. However, they had the kindest young woman who helped at the kiosks, Joyvaney! We had kiosk trouble and she was right there for us. She took care of the entire dining room. What a hard worker! We hate the kiosk thing. Food was hot, but just average. Shakes were not as good as they used to be.

They don't have waitresses anymore so the whole place is self service. The food was descent and the bathroom was clean.
