Arby's - Lake City

Stopped in one evening for a sammich, was lucky enough to be helped by a young lady named Jada. This young lady came from making sandwiches, to take my order, then made my order then she served my order. All the time this pretty young lady washed her hands each move and wore gloves when making my food. The roast beef on my sandwich didn’t even have to be stacked and arranged appropriately. She made this sandwich perfectly and was quick with doing it all. Fresh food and curly fries topped it off. She’s an amazing asset to the Arby’s team and every store needs at least one Jada, she’s a rockstar!! Thank you for a great meal and great experience!! Lake City Arby’s for the win!!

Good food at a good price although there's no senior citizen price but still good price

Day shift works and makes good food, night shift is hit or miss. The hits are just barely, the misses are usually off the map. Like wrong or missing orders old food or the guy at the drive thru saying he can't take your order cause he is gonna mess his drawers and it would be 45 min an hour before we would get our order taken.

Always fast, but my curile fries where dreadful and softened with fat. they were under a lamp for hours. it's a pity because I love arby's roast beef. building needs a renovation. it's old and dirty. I'm just honest. half time the lobby is closed.
