Vic Anthony's Steakhouse - Lake Charles

We always celebrate our anniversary there. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding. The only complaint I would have is how hot it gets in there. Other than that everything is amazing.

Lobster tail was excellent. Bisque was good. Sides of Brussel sprouts and mac and cheese, awful....like something from Cracker Barrel...come on Vic n Anthony's, you can do better.

Vic and Anthony's is always a favorite and delicious experience. Filet was tender and flavorful. Saga salad is always so yummy! Au gratin potatoes are what dreams are made of. Steven was amazing!

Service was good but the steak my date and I ordered was undercooked. We sent it back and it came out under cooked again. Charging over $100 for two steaks you would think it would be cooked to perfection. Honestly would not eat here again. Way to pricey for the quality of food they are presenting. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE

Vic Anthony 's at the Golden Nugget is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. The food is always spot-on, and it is Mike 's service that completes the experience. My wife and I shared several of our favorites: the Thai Colossal Prawns, a Pear Saga salad and a 22 oz Prime Bone-In Ribeye with a side of Duck Fat Potatoes. We each enjoyed two Fresh cocktails. When not sharing a steak, my wife has the appetizer Jumbo Lump Crabcake as her meal. She says it is the best ever. The food is expensive, though arguably worth the price. My 4 of 5 rating for value is based on wine pricing. It is way over market at $23/glass of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. I am used to paying $50-$60/750ml bottle in upscale Houston area restaurants. If it were $15-$18/glass, my rating would be 5/5 across the board. Consistency is key in an upscale restaurant. Vic Anthony 's delivers.
