Every so often when I find a couple extra nickels in my pocket, I’ll have myself a steak dinner. This is by far one of the best steaks I’ve ever had cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful. Salt and chaos seemed to be the call of the night. Noisy, busy, over salted food, and loud political tv blaring. All the charm of fast food at the price of white linen restaurant.
