O'charley's Restaurant Bar

We normally like o'charleys but on this day it was not on point at all. The waitress was rude and I understand low staffing and everything. But being nice and a smile goes a long way. The food was not up to par. The steaks were completely over cooked and the food was just underwhelming in general. We won't be going back for a long time

Our server, Kee was fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and gave good suggestions. The Louisiana Sirloin is our favorite. It was tender and tasted great. Pretty much our “go to” place for a good steak.

Meet Is good Luke all the rest of the food. Also the personal Is very polite…gentile. I Will back for dire there.

Food was great, nice atmosphere but the best part was the wait staff, especially Adam!!!

Haven't been here in about a year due to bad experience the last time I was here. I didn't realize so many restaurants closed early in Lake charles on Sunday so had no choice. I dont regret it. My louisiana sirloin was full of flavor but besides that the main reason I hadn't return was due to bad service, but today your staff has definitely redeem themselves.
