Dunkin' - Lake Charles

I'm really pleased to have this Dunkin' Donuts in the neighborhood. My last experience at a Dunkin' Donuts while traveling wasn't great—I wasn't impressed with the service or the selection. So I'm really glad I decided to give this location a try. I'm once again a big fan! Their selection is just right for me, and the coffee and customer service were excellent.

This is a fantastic Dunkin' Donuts location. It's situated in a bustling part of Lake Charles, surrounded by a school, two major department stores, medical offices, banks, a hospital, and more, which can make accessing the parking lot a bit tricky (unless you're familiar with the local shortcuts). The staff is consistently friendly, and the coffee is excellent. My kids love the donuts, while my wife and I enjoy the roll-ups. We've only tried the ice cream here once, but it was delicious. Overall, I really like this location and highly recommend giving it a visit.

They customized a cake to match our theme and created the design we chose. All of our guests loved the cake! Thank you for the excellent service. I highly recommend their ice cream cakes.

Clean and great service. It?s part of a larger store but this place is worth the stop. Be careful the cashier, Vipan is a great salesman who will upsell you like crazy. I came in for 2 donuts and left with 6 plus sandwiches.

Clean atmosphere but no one greeted me at all. They just started blankly as i walked in. Cashier was drinking behind the counter which is likely a health code violation. The order was quick enough. I just didn't find the atmosphere welcoming.
